1. Seller

Andreash — individual artist, based in the Czech Republic. Contact via the secure Shopify checkout enquiry form. Not a VAT payer unless stated otherwise on the tax document.

2. Subject of sale

The subject of sale is limited artistic prints in A3 format on 300 g/m² archival paper, signed and numbered by the artist, in editions of 1–5. Each work is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity issued from the artist's private index.

3. Ordering and formation of the contract

The purchase contract is formed by sending an order through the secure Shopify checkout and its confirmation by e-mail. The presentation of a work in the online shop is informative; the seller reserves the right not to confirm an order, in particular where the work has meanwhile been sold in the studio.

4. Price and payment

Prices are listed in Czech koruna (CZK). Payment is made online in the Shopify checkout — by card or other methods available for the destination. The work is dispatched only after payment has been credited.

5. Delivery

Works are dispatched within 5 working days of payment, in a rigid tube with an archival interleaf sheet. Shipping is handled by UPS depending on destination; rates and indicative delivery times are listed in the Shipping section. Customs duties and import VAT outside the EU are borne by the buyer.

6. Withdrawal from the contract

A consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the shipment (§ 1829 of the Civil Code). Send the notice of withdrawal via the contact form in the secure Shopify checkout and return the work in its original, undamaged condition, including the certificate of authenticity, in a rigid tube, to the address provided in the reply. Return shipping is borne by the buyer. The purchase price will be refunded by the same means as it was received, no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned work.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to works adapted at the buyer's request (e.g. commissions, dedications, individual framing).

7. Complaints

Defects apparent on receipt (damaged tube, creased print, missing certificate) must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by e-mail with photographs. Hidden defects can be reported within 24 months of receipt. Complaints are handled without undue delay, no later than 30 days — preferentially by exchange for the same edition number, or, if not possible, by refund of the purchase price.

8. Copyright

Sale of a work does not transfer copyright to the buyer. Reproduction, further printing, digitisation, inclusion in datasets or training of AI models are prohibited without the artist's written consent (Act No. 121/2000 Coll.).

9. Out-of-court dispute resolution

In the case of a consumer dispute that cannot be settled by agreement, the competent authority is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, adr.coi.cz.
