1. Controller

2. Scope of data
Name, shipping and billing address, e-mail, phone (optional), order details, correspondence. Payment data is processed exclusively by the payment gateway provider within the Shopify checkout — it is not stored on this site.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Performance of the purchase contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), compliance with statutory obligations (accounting, Art. 6(1)(c)), and legitimate interest of the controller in maintaining a private edition index and record of collectors (Art. 6(1)(f)).
4. Processors
Shopify Inc. (e-commerce and checkout), carriers (UPS and others depending on destination), accounting services provider. Appropriate data processing agreements are in place with all of them.
5. Retention
Order data is retained for 10 years for accounting and tax reasons. The edition index is maintained permanently for the provenance of the work.
6. Your rights
Right of access, rectification, erasure (to the extent not restricted by law), restriction of processing, portability, objection, and to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz). Please submit requests via the contact form in the secure Shopify checkout.
7. Cookies
This site stores only the technically necessary cart state in your browser's localStorage. It uses no third-party marketing or analytics cookies. The Shopify checkout uses its own technical cookies necessary to complete the order.
