The reductive tradition
Agnes Martin proved that a room can be re-organised by a single quiet surface. Judd and Kelly made the object refuse metaphor. Sugimoto extended the same discipline into photography. The Andreash monochrome editions carry that inheritance — a wall print that lowers the room's noise floor instead of adding to it.
