Practice · Czech Republic

Czech contemporary artist.

Andreash — an independent contemporary practice from the Czech Republic. Photography, montage, layering and digital art on 300 g/m² archival cotton paper. In the lineage of František Kupka, Jiří Kolář, Josef Sudek, Adriena Šimotová and Krištof Kintera.

A Czech lineage

Czech contemporary art has always been unusually literate in collage and photograph — Kolář's chiasmage, Sudek's tonal patience, Šimotová's layered surfaces, Kupka's insistence that abstraction is a language, not a style. The Andreash editions extend that inheritance into a fully digital-print workflow.
